Academic system

The University of California for Science and Technology adopts the Credit Hours system based on the American model. The academic load is determined by the number of instructional hours a student completes weekly throughout the semester

The academic year is divided into three or four flexible semesters, independent of the traditional calendar

Each semester includes 12 to 18 credit hours, and courses are divided into 6 to 8 subjects, each comprising 12 lectures

This system offers flexibility in learning, enabling students to progress according to their academic and career needs
