1. Programme Description:

The Professional Diploma in Artificial Intelligence Operations (AI Operations - AI Ops) is an intensive, skills-focused program designed to equip students with the practical knowledge and tools necessary to implement, operate, manage, and monitor Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models in real-world business environments. The program works to bridge the gap between theoretical data science and IT operational practices (MLOps), concentrating on the deployment lifecycle. Graduates will be prepared to work as AI Systems Operators, Data Analysts, or Machine Learning Administrators, ensuring the smooth, ethical, and efficient functioning of intelligent systems. The program provides hands-on experience starting from foundational concepts, moving through practical application using Python, and culminating in an applied project utilizing modern AI platforms.
